Here's a simple and delicious recipe for Whiting Fillets:

Ingredients:

  • 4 Whiting fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Pat the Whiting fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  3. Heat the olive oil mixture in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
