At Bait Tackle Direct, we offer free delivery on orders above $35 Australia wide. All standard orders will be processed within three business days.
Click and Collect:
Free self-pickup is also available at our Dandenong Store. Simply choose to pickup during checkout process, and we will contact you when you order is ready for pickup.
Delivery Location and Lead Times:
Once shipped out, delivery windows are usually within the following:
- VIC, NSW, SA, ACT metro areas: 1-3 business days
- QLD and WA metro areas: 2-6 business days
- Non-metro areas including TAS: 6-12 business days
Please note that delivery times may differ from order to order. Couriers manage their own delivery routes and schedules, and factors like weather, public holidays, and high‑volume periods can affect how quickly your parcel arrives. We’ll always give you an estimated timeframe, but actual delivery may vary. If your order is taking longer than expected, our team is here to help.
Important Information about Delivery
- If your delivery address is not on ground level, please ensure access is available via a lift and the lift can carry goods. Bait Tackle Direct reserves the right to cancel any order if required delivery access is not available.
- Delivery contractors are required to gain proof of delivery, so please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
